At least three people were killed and 13 injured after parcels containing explosives caused massive explosions in several locations in Liuzhou, in Chinas north-central Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, CCTV reported.
A total of 13 explosions were heard across the city between 3.15pm and 5pm, local paper Nanguo Zao Bao quoted authorities as saying.

Local authorities activated an emergency alert, saying the explosions were triggered by parcel bombs. They called on the public not to open any parcels.

Airplane hobbyists and online airplane tracking website FlightRadar24 reported several Qatari flights landing in Zurich around that time, first from Morocco and later from Qatar, raising speculation Sheikh Hamad might have suffered his injury in Morocco. The state-run Qatar News Agency has yet to report on his injury and surgery. However, it said Moroccos King Mohammed VI called Qatars ruling emir on Sunday.

Made a start on the 2 small beds that are replacing the large Herb Bed.... The first bed is up & just needs to be "Wicked" out & its done... Should have enough bits of timber around to knock one up, just need to find some wire mesh to rodent proof the base.... Will have to look into better fencing around the base of the Chooks Mango yard to stop the soil being spread far & wide as you can see from the picture.... I have some bits of tin I can wire to the base of the fence to stop the spread.... Thinking about putting up a Bamboo or Reed screen on the wire fence behind the Chook pen to shield it from the vacant land to the rear of our place.... The owners are trying to sell the block & I dont really want people Peeping in on our Girls & Garden....

The story of , now 8, doctor deaths in the south eastern US has rocked social media recently. A very large finger is being pointed at the fact that this is NOT a "coincidence". The vast majority of people re-posting these stories on facebook etc, are focused on the autism angle, but there is, I suspect, SOOOO much MORE.
"Autism" is the "go to" reason that many people refuse vaccines for their children, and the main focus of a vast majority of the outspoken families trying to wake the world up to the dangers of vaccines. But Autism is just one single piece of this puzzle and many of the other pieces are way bigger in scope.
I am not going to get into the finer details on this right now. I have been writing about the dangers of vaccines for many years, and as I have said several times, autism is just the tip of the iceberg. We are talking about the introduction of several forms of cancer, HIV/AIDs, Sterilizing/ antifertility drugs, and yes, mind numbing agents, that dull the basic ability of people to even organize their thoughts.
.... and that is without even looking at the nanotechnology being inserted into various vaccines, and the effects of nanites on on our physical bodies and mental capabilities...
I am going to be digging into the Nagalase factor hopefully later next week when I have some time to really do some research, but I wanted to publish this info now as the basic first step into understanding exactly WHY these doctors are being murdered.

In recent news, we’ve seen the mysterious deaths disappearances of numerous alternative and holistic physicians and a recent video may explain why.
According to the video researcher, GcMAF is a naturally occurring process in the human body. It starts off as a Gc protein. The Gc protein in an absolutely healthy human being will create its own, natural Gc Macrophage Activating Factor (GcMAF) to help protect the human immune system.
What is being found by these doctors is that something is being introduced into the human body that is called Nagalase. This Nagalase protein is this:
Nagalase is a protein made by all cancer cells and viruses (HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, influenza, herpes, Epstein-Barr virus, and others).
Nagalase causes immunodeficiency. Nagalase blocks production of GcMAF, thus preventing the immune system from doing its job.
There is something that is being introduced into the human body that is causing this Nagalase to block the naturally occurring production of GcMAF.

Im a pretty effusive optimist, but Im also a bit of a doomer.
Problem: My dad has Type 2 diabetes. If his supply of medication were interrupted for an extended period (due to any number of realistic possible causes), how could we keep him alive and healthy?
Solution: Without medication, radical dietary changes would be necessary. A traditional Western, highly refined, carb-based diet would kill him in short order without his meds. To use metaphor: if proteins are logs, carbs are twigs, and fats are leaves, and if the ideal state for a Type 2 diabetic is a steady, slow-burning fire, then logs are the way to go. This means that his diet would need to be primarily protein. Ive seen this referred to as the "face" diet, as in, "For Type 2 diabetics in scenarios without meds, if it doesnt have a face, dont eat it." Therefore, if I add sufficient plants to the system, theyll uptake the excess nutrients and clean the water for the fish. Caught On Tape: Dramatic Footage Of Russias First Airstrikes In Syria
As we reported earlier this morning, at the “request” (whatever that means in the context of Russian politics) of Vladimir Putin, Russian lawmakers have approved airstrikes in Syria and unlike the rather deliberate pace of Washington’s efforts to rout ISIS, Moscow doesn’t appear to be wasting any time. As CNN reports, Russia has conducted its first strikes near Homs after effectively warning the US to stay out of the sky.

Propaganda War Begins: Russias Syria Strikes Targeted US-Backed "Moderate" Rebels, West Says

With the US having officially lost control of the narrative in Syria now that The Kremlin has called Washington’s bluff on the battle to eradicate ISIS and eliminate the Sunni extremist elements that threaten to wrest control of Syria from President Bashar al-Assad, the only remaining question after Russian lawmakers officially cleared the way for airstrikes was how long it would be before the Western media began shouting about Russian warplanes bombing targets that aren’t affiliated with ISIS. As we reported earlier today, Moscow wasted no time in launching its first round of air raids.
In turn, the West wasted no time in contending that Russia is targeting areas that aren’t known to be strategically significant for ISIS. Here’s a look at two headlines which do a nice job of summarizing all of the rhetoric which you’re about to hear emanating ceaselessly from every corner of the Western world in the coming days and weeks:

...Yes, “relatively moderate rebel factions like al-Qaeda" (check the above, WSJ actually said that) which in July kidnapped the commander and deputy commander of the Pentagon’s ragtag group of US-trained rebels that was supposed to number in the thousands by now but has been reduced to just “four or five” men and which was humiliated last Friday when the remaining fighters were forced to surrender their pickup trucks and ammo to al-Nusra in order to “secure safe passage” to who knows where. Considering that, and considering the "solid" relationship the US has always maintained with al-Qaeda, it sure would be a shame if a few al-Nusra operatives wound up as collateral damage in Russia’s air campaign. Then theres The Telegraph with an epic attempt to spin the news with a single headline: "Putin defies West as Russia bomb Syrian rebel targets instead of Isil". Meanwhile, France - who recently went full-propaganda by using “self defense” to justify its newly launched Syrian bombing campaign - is out expressing its consternation about which groups Russia is bombing. . ...There are two things to note here. First, there isnt anything "curious" about this and Vladimir Putin has made no secret of his intent to keep the Assad regime from falling. Indeed, its not clear what else Putin could do besides invite Charlie Rose for a two hour interview and explain three separate times that Moscow intends to support Assad. Second, Germanys suggestion that Russia is "slamming shut all the doors to cooperation" is ridiculous to the point of absurdity. As the events that have unfolded over the past several weeks have made abundantly clear, it is the West that has slammed the door shut on Russia when it comes to cooperating to fight ISIS and the reason for Washingtons trepidation stems directly from i) wanting to oust Assad at all costs even if it means allowing the extremists operating in Syria to remain active until the regime falls, and ii) the fact that no matter what line The White House trots out to the public, the US views the Russia-Iran "nexus" as far more dangerous to Americas geopolitical ambitions than ISIS and therefore, allying with Washingtons two fiercest foreign policy critics simply isnt an option even if such an alliance would swiftly eradicate Islamic State. .... ....The bottom line going forward is that the US and its regional and European allies are going to have to decide whether they want to be on the right side of history here or not, and as weve been careful to explain, no one is arguing that Bashar al-Assad is the most benevolent leader in the history of statecraft but it has now gotten to the point where Western media outlets are describing al-Qaeda as "moderate" in a last ditch effort to explain away Washingtons unwillingness to join Russia in stabilizing Syria. This is a foreign policy mistake of epic proportions on the part of the US and the sooner the West concedes that and moves to correct it by admitting that none of the groups the CIA, the Pentagon, and Washingtons Mid-East allies have trained and supported represent a viable alternative to the Assad regime, the sooner Syria will cease to be the chessboard du jour for a global proxy war thats left hundreds of thousands of innocent people dead.

Syrian rebels trained and armed by the United States gave at least a quarter of their weapons cache to al Qaeda affiliates in Syria earlier this week, U.S. Central Command acknowledged Friday. Syrian fighters voluntarily handed over equipment, including six pickup trucks and ammunition, to al Qaeda’s Syria arm, Jabhat al Nursa, according to a statement. The admission comes days after Pentagon officials dismissed such reports as propaganda and said they had no evidence that U.S.-trained rebels had defected with their weapons. The disclosure is the latest calling into question the efficacy of a $500 million arm-and-train program to aid Syrian rebels, which head of Centcom Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III said recently had only trained “four or five” fighters in the war-torn state. The military said approximately 70 fighters have been added since the initial estimate.Centcom spokesman Col. Patrick Ryder called the weapons handover “very concerning and a violation of the Syria train and equip program guidelines.”
Soooooo.... Petraeus gave the public NOTICE in August that the US would "use" AlQaeda to fight ISIS... and Assad. Followed by less than a month later the Pentagon verifying that, yep, American weapons, ammo and vehicles ended up in AlQaedas hands. ....

Almost six months later I am finally writing about some of my recent adventures... In September I was blessed to receive a scholarship through the Black Permaculture Network to embark on an adventure to England to attend the International Permaculture Convergence 2015. It was a truly awesome experience to have a break from my routine, embark on my first solo mission across the world, and visit a place I had never been.

The convergence took place in Gilwell Park, Essex outside of London. The location backed up to the ancient Epping forest. I cannot describe how beautiful, lush and green this place is. I had never seen anything like it, a truly WILD food forest.

Almost every other tree was laden with fruit; blackberries, many varieties of crab apples, sloes, and brilliant red hawthorn berries. We were fortunate to have a proper tour through the forest by a local naturalist.

Outside our dorm we had a cool little pop up café serving drinks with ingredients and spices from around the world. My first night I ordered a hot drink with hazelnut butter, umboshi plum and miso all whisked up and frothy, like a savory latte. Really unique and sooo good.

Unfortunately my experience was not all enjoyable. I was pretty shocked, disappointed and pained to see that at an INTERNATIONAL permaculture convergence with over 600 people attending, there were very few people of color attending or speaking. Mind you, permaculture is supposed to be about diversity since Diversity = Resilience! I definitely had some old traumas come up and got very triggered around the lack of diversity piece. (Ok yes I was in England but still...) The positive element that came out of it for me was that I was able to use my voice and speak up about my feelings and articulate the need for diversity and why.
Lessons I learned through my observations and interactions at the convergence...
-Beware of ego! (Yes, some permies have huge egos!)
-Dont talk-Listen
-Humble yourself there is something to learn in every situation
-Change has to start from within, set your right intentions
-Be clear and focused, work hard and dont give up-Dont slack!
-Step up and move out of your comfort zone- Be yourself- Who You Truly Are
-There is NO place in life for fear
-Understand the microcosm (the self) in order to know the macrocosm (the universe)
-As we heal ourselves the earth will heal.

The second week of my visit I traveled to see friends in Cornwall (southwest, aka the English Riviera). We visited traditional gardens, the sea side and did very British things like drink elderflower bubbly. We also spent a couple of days walking around London, site seeing and shopping (at a great Buddhist thrift store called Lamas Pyjamas, LOL!). ?
All in all I had an enlightening trip. Travel is always eye opening and so good at being a catalyst for expansion and growth. Stay tuned for the next epic adventure. In gratitude and until next time, Many Blessings...?
A recent TechCrunch post highlights what the Humboldt Microcontrollers Group (HMG) can help bring to the middle school and high school students of Humboldt County.
The post, titled "These Kids Are 3D-Printing Their Education," explains that:
"A group of junior high and high school students in Cambridge, Mass., are part of an experimental education program that aims to prove they’re capable of solving real-world problems early with the help of 3D printers, Arduino and group collaboration. Co-founders Saeed Arida, David Wang and Saba Ghole started NuVu Studio as a way to apply their dissertation theory, which claims that kids as young as 13 are capable of working on design and engineering projects normally reserved for those at the master’s level. By the looks of several projects involving medical devices, a game that helps you lose weight and a modular telepresence robot you can control from far away, the theory seems to be correct...The program does more than just teach kids 3D printing, design and engineering principles, although Arida admits there’s probably not a single project that doesn’t incorporate the use of Arduino at some point..."
It would be fun to help Humboldt 7th - 12th grade students get involved with microcontroller projects that many college students dont get the chance to work on in school. After the HMG has more experience helping beginners learn the basics of Arduino, we should contact local schools to see if theres interest in collaborating on student microcontroller workshops or projects.
Lisa fell down a rabbit hole of Etymology yesterday, and it definitely spiked my interest. If there is one thing that weve learned through this journey, its that many words that we use regularly, dont mean what we think they mean. The first bed is up & just needs to be "Wicked" out & its done... Will start the second on Tuesday if the school schedule allows for it...
